IN-HOUSE PHOTOGRAPHY RULES

By making a payment for any photography service or studio booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to our hosting regulations and refund policy prior to booking.

SESSION TIME & FLOW

All photography sessions include time for setup, shooting, and breakdown. Multiple looks, outfit changes, prop setups, or backdrop changes must be accommodated within the booked session time. Requests requiring extensive setup, reset, or cleanup (including confetti, balloon installations, or backdrop styling) may limit the number of final looks captured.

LOOKS & TIME PLANNING

For planning purposes, clients should expect each look to require approximately 15 minutes. A “look” may include, but is not limited to:

  • Outfit changes

  • Backdrop changes or custom backdrop installations

  • New lighting arrangements

  • Additional props or prop styling

  • Any setup outside of our standard, pre-installed studio sets

The number of final looks captured will depend on how session time is allocated. Sessions with multiple setup-intensive looks may result in fewer total images.

PROPS BROUGHT BY CLIENTS

Clients may bring personal props; however, clients are fully responsible for:

  • Setup time related to personal props

  • Cleanup of all props and materials brought into the studio

If our team assists with prop setup or cleanup, this is considered a courtesy and may impact available shoot time.

STANDARD EDITING INCLUDED:

All in-house photography sessions include standard retouching, which consists of:

  • Lighting and exposure adjustments

  • Color correction

  • Minor blemish or skin cleanup

Standard retouching does not include altering, repositioning, or recreating physical elements within the scene.

ADVANCE RETOUCHING (ADDITONAL FEE)

Requests including, but not limited to:

  • Repositioning or removing props or background elements

  • Adjusting jewelry, hair placement, hands, or fingers

  • Adding or removing objects (including confetti, text, or liquids)

  • Digitally altering backdrops or scene composition

are considered advanced retouching and are not included in standard edits. Pricing will be shared for approval prior to proceeding.

 

ON-SET ADJUSTMENTS & GUIDANCE

While our photographers provide posing direction and creative guidance, clients are responsible for personal styling during the session, including wardrobe placement, jewelry, hair, makeup, and hands. Clients are encouraged to communicate adjustments during the shoot.

FINAL IMAGE SELECTION & DELIVERY

Only images selected by the client will be edited. Turnaround times apply to standard retouching only and may be extended if advanced retouching is added.

Cleaning Fee: A standard cleaning fee is included with all bookings. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the studio is not returned to its original condition.

Trash Disposal: Guests must bag all garbage and place it in the dumpster at the back of the building. A hostess will provide instructions on where to dispose of bagged trash.

Studio Cleaning: Guests are responsible for sweeping the studio to remove trash, food, or liquid. The bathroom must be left tidy, with no damage to the toilet system. Guests must ensure the toilet is flushed before leaving. Failure to meet these expectations may incur an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Care for the Space: Please take great care of the studio.

  • No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items are allowed on the walls.

  • Any tape or adhesive materials used must be adequately removed.

  • Guests will be billed for any damages to walls, floors, furniture, or other property.

Damages Fee: If damages occur, an additional invoice will be issued and payment will be required onsite before departure.

NO FOOD OR LIQUID IN NON FUNCTIONAL SINK

We provide large rolling garbage to dispose of your food. Please use our wet wipes to clean the sink and countertops, and use cutting boards to cut all food. Preserving the laminate marble countertops is crucial to our business, and failure to listen/comply will result in a $150 cleaning fee. We reiterated this rule in the initial walk-through, and signs are everywhere. No excuses.

 

STUDIO CONDITION 

You must return the studio to the condition that it was when you arrived. We encourage you to get creative with it; please be mindful when moving props! There is a re-setting fee of $50-$150 if the condition you have left the studio in does not meet our standards. All equipment/props/backdrops must be returned to their original place within the booking time. 

You will be charged for damages, missing items, and extra cleaning services. For any substances that require extra cleaning, we charge an added cleaning fee of $150.



NO PETS

Pets are permitted only when they are part of the scheduled shoot. Pets may not remain in the studio before or after their photographed portion. Clients are responsible for ensuring pets follow our host rules, and any cleanup or damages may result in an additional cleaning fee.

 

NO SMOKING/VAPING 

There is no smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises, including Cigarettes, Cannabis, tobacco, E-Cigarettes, and vaping. There is a $500 fine. This is Delaware state law. We are strict about this, as it would ruin our business.

  

NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY/DRUGS 

Fines apply, and we reserve the right to remove you from the premises.

 

NOISE 

We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a sensible volume.

 

NO PORN 

No porn films. Nudity is allowed. No sex! 

 

NO PARTIES

 

NO FAKE BLOOD/BODY PAINT 

This is very challenging to clean up/stains and our business/aesthetic depends on keeping our space clean and modern. Failure to comply will result in a $100 cleaning fee. 

 

NO ROLLER SKATING, NO GLITTER 

Loose glitter and glitter-shedding outfits are not permitted in the studio under any circumstances. Glitter is extremely difficult to remove and disrupts scheduled sessions.

Any use of glitter will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

CONFETTI POLICY

Confetti is permitted only if the client is fully responsible for cleanup and cleanup is completed within the booked session time. The studio must be returned to its original condition before the end of the booking.

If confetti cleanup is incomplete, exceeds the booked time, or requires staff assistance, a $100 cleaning fee will apply.

 

NO FILMING OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO 

This includes the back hallway or exterior of the building. This booking only covers the specific unit in our building and nothing else on the premises. 

 

SECURITY CAMERAS 

There are security cameras in the non-private areas of the space. By agreeing to this booking, you also acknowledge that our surveillance camera will record (including sound) during your booking time. This footage will never be used unless an issue occurs during booking. This is for everyone's protection. 

 

DAMAGES 

You will be accountable for any damages to the space and charged according to the value of those items. 

 

INJURIES 

We're not liable for injuries.

 

Production insurance is not required.

 

Furniture and decorations may be moved.

Furniture can be moved around but not removed from the unit/building. We ask that the space be returned to the condition it was in before the booking.

 

Smoke machines are allowed.

 

Security cameras and recording devices

We use ten cameras visibly located in the studio. There is full privacy with no cameras in the dressing area or bathrooms.
